The Cape Verdean-Italian-Irish beauty has cemented her name as one of the most sexy, buzzworthy names of 2009 by catching the eyes of the paparazzi and her boo, Kanye West. She's used her new found fame to score a Ford modeling contract and it's looking like the sky's the limit for Ms. Rose.
