Amber Rose For Complex Magazine

The Cape Verdean-Italian-Irish beauty has cemented her name as one of the most sexy, buzzworthy names of 2009 by catching the eyes of the paparazzi and her boo, Kanye West. She's used her new found fame to score a Ford modeling contract and it's looking like the sky's the limit for Ms. Rose. She's featured in this month's Complex Magazine so I've decided to post a few of her sexy photos. It's safe to say she's caught my eye, too. For more pics and her interview click here.

In Training Camp!

Yes, I am currently duking it out with my teammates in this "other" world we call training camp. We are working hard to be successful this year and get back to a bowl game. I will not be posting much throughout the rest of camp, so if you'd like to hear from me or want to keep up with what's going on with me just follow me on Twiiter at twitter.com/bdpayton. Holla.

Let Training Camp Begin!

Around noon tomorrow I will report for training camp. It's my final go-around and I'm looking to go as hard as possible every rep. I'm dedicating this season to my family and everyone who's ever supported me. I'm pressed for time, as I just wanna chill and watch/read tonight before things get real so I've decided to post this video below to speak for me. It's how I feel and I'm keeping it uncensored because that's how I will play this season. Enjoy and I look forward to your support this year.

I'm Jealous of This!

I went to the Dope Couture boutique yesterday to interview the owner Matt Fields for a Q&A article I'm doing for IU's INSIDE Magazine. We chit chatted for over two hours and he reminded me from last week about this event he went to featuring a concert by Kanye West. Needless to say, I am jealous. He's been there all day. Lilly Allen for Chanel Handbag Campaign

Lilly Allen isn't usually associated with high fashion, let alone Chanel. Nevertheless the Brit-singer took a break from her usual punkish-but-cute style to chic out. She looks sweet as ever modeling for Chanel's new handbag campaign-which channels the iconic actress Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. The pictures were taken by famed designer/photographer Karl Lagerfeld and they did not disappoint.

One of My Favorite "New" Bands: Thunderheist

As I was browsing the web today in search of new music I came across an article on formatmag.com featuring the the band Thunderheist. I had never heard of them before. What caught my interest was the first two sentences of the Q&A, which read, "Nobody’s going to steal the thunder from this Toronto-based electrorap duo (frontwoman Isis and soundsmith Grahm Zilla). Thunderheist turn out “fun” music with undertones of disco, funk and R&B."

I knew I had to check them out so I clicked over to youtube to watch and listen to their material. Not only was I impressed with what I heard, but the videos were pretty cool too. I love the image and sound of this band. You can't help but get up and dance to it (I most definitely did all through the hallway). After one of the videos one youtube-er said they needed a cold shower after it. Cold showers suck, but I can see where they're coming from. I would love to see them in concert at some point. Though, they won't be performing near Indiana anytime soon. Either way, one day I will see them in action - and then I'll be sure to take that cold shower.

This first video is for their song "Jerk It". This isn't the official video for the song, instead the song is paired with a video created by Noel Paul & Stefan Moore. The two were the winners of the Thunderheist promo competition for the track. If "Jerk It" doesn't make you move you should check your pulse.

This video for "Nothing 2 Step 2" actually features the band in it throughout.

Shakira - "She Wolf"

Like Shakira's hips, I'm not gonna lie. I initially wanted to watch this video to see what new, sexy moves the Barranquilla, Colombia native had come up with this time around. But, to my pleasant surprise, I love the song. It sounds like she's going along with the drum-heavy, techno-dance sound that's popular today along with some autotune. I'm very interested to hear what the rest of her album She Wolf sounds like. It's scheduled for release on Oct. 5.

Yeah Yeah Yeah's - "Heads Will Roll"

One of the best bands out!
